Hi All. It will soon be time for the above races and as you know we have arranged for an Inland race to be available for those members who don’t want to race from Guernsey or even would like an Inland race in addition to Guernsey.
The official Federation race is from Guernsey and this one will be included in the Averages but we have also arranged for an Inland race from Mangotsfield on the same day but this will NOT be included in the Federation Averages and will NOT have any Fed Prize Money. Individual Clubs can, of course, make their own arrangements for some Prize Money.
Obviously the Federation can’t run these Inland races at a loss so it is up to members to support them if they want them.
The arrangements for the first Mango (15 June) have been made and it will go ahead but the other races (29 June and 13 July) will only take place if there is sufficient support for the first race to cover the costs.
Your support or otherwise will dictate what happens! If you want the races SUPPORT THEM if not we will not go ahead. Brian.
