Hi everyone just to let you know the late Harold Harrison’s birds will be sold at Berryhill Club shortly, date to be fixed soon. There’s approximately 24 young birds all bred by club members as Harold did not breed many himself and always relying on his friends to breed them for him which we all did being the gentleman he was. There are 12 birds bred by top lofts of A Whielden (Winky) 2 from his top cock 61 winner of many prizes in club and fed and won 2 firsts this year and nearly £100 in club noms. 4 pure franz zwols bred by Mick & Paul Adams – all 4 bred from winners (Harold always had our zwols as he said they won for him 😂) 2 bred by Neil and Wendy Adams from a special Clive Yates cock, plus a few others. Also baskets & nest bowls (ETS system being sold privately by the family) These should break easily to new homes and anyone who as a spare nest box or is short of a hen/cock why not try these. Neil Adams has been helping Harold for months now and has eliminated the few old birds left at Harold’s wishes and is dealing with the sale. For further information ring him, he tells me there are some beautiful birds there and all had one race except 2 later young birds bred by Silvester Bros & Clarke.
